Probably half of those reviews are trolls, I see some famous social influencer or vlogger leave a bad review and then the owner disregards the complaints, so in retaliation a lot of the followers leave negative reviews of the place. This water park probably pissed off some local social influencer and now the google reviews is in review hell since it’s not hard making a fake review on google
